The Krieghoff Sporting Masters | Terms and Conditions
Booking
We operate on a first-come first-serve basis when we're booking entries. There are occassions where we'll receive multiple entry requests for the same place over night when we're unable to process the booking. In this instance we will book the entry which was received first and book the other entries in as similar positions as possible.
We do require payment for your entries upon entering for the Krieghoff Sporting Masters. There are facilities to make payment after you have sent your entry request. You will be directed to a World Pay payment gateway to complete your entry payment.
The Standard Entry Fee is £85.00. This includes all entries that are 18 years of age and over.
The reduced Entry Fee for Juniors Under the Age of 18 is £45.00. This is for all entries who are under the age of 18 at the time of the Sporting Masters on 28th and 29th September.
There are facilities to pay for individual "Junior Under 18 Year Old" Entry Fees after you've completed the Booking Form. You will also be required to pay for any Standard Entries you've made. For instance, if you book 3 entries, 2 x Standard Entries, 1 x Junior Under 18 Entry. You will have to pay £170.00 for the 2 x Standard Entries, then a separate payment of £45.00 for your Junior Under 18 Entry.

Prize Giving and Prize Funds
We understand if you have shot on the Saturday on the event, have travelled home and are unable to attend the prize giving for instance. But we do like to see the podium places full for the prize giving, especially for the Champion of the Sporting Masters. This year for 2019, we have introduced a new rule for the winner of the shoot, which states that he/she must be present at the Prize Giving in order to receive the £1,000 Bonus High Gun Prize. They will receive the £1,000 for 1st in Class regardless, but if they are not present to collect the High Gun Prize, they will forfeit the prize. The High Gun prize will not be passed down to the runner up or next highest score.
To be absolutely clear. The Winner of the shoot will receive any class prize money due and as advertised whether that person is present at prize giving or not. The £1,000 given in addition to the class prizes is dependent on the winner being at prize giving in person to collect it and to pose for publicity photographs as required by the organizers and sponsors.
We would be very grateful if people did stay for the Prize Giving.
Shoot-Off Rules
If we have a tied result in any of the podium places, we will have a shoot-off to decide the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. If any of the party are not at the ground for the shoot-off, the prize will be awarded to the person present. If all members of the shoot-off are not present, the result will be decided by a flip of a coin. There will be no shoot-off's to decide places 4th to 8th in classes. This will be decided by add and divide for the prize funds.
